N55 Performance Downpipe

The VRSF N55 Downpipe Upgrade is engineered to be the "best bang for the buck" modification for your N55-powered BMW, including the 2012-2018 M135i, M235i, M2, 335i, and 435i. By replacing the restrictive factory catalytic converter, this downpipe significantly reduces back pressure. This leads to improved turbo spool times, a noticeable increase in horsepower and torque, and a more aggressive exhaust sound. The unit is hand-crafted from TIG-welded SS304 grade stainless steel, featuring smooth radius bends for optimized flow and CNC-machined SS304 stainless steel flanges. VRSF offers this downpipe with a choice of a 200-cell high-flow catalytic converter or as a catless version for maximum performance. Additionally, optional Cerakote High Temperature Ceramic coating is available, designed to withstand up to 1800F, which helps to insulate heat, reducing intake air and engine oil temperatures. Fitment is specific: M135i and 335i models produced up to 07/13 require the 3.5" version, while models produced after 07/13, along with all M235i and 435i models, require the 4" version.
