This kit replaces the restrictive factory piping with smooth, mandrel-bent 6061 aluminum tubing, featuring a 3-inch diameter that matches the factory throttle body for improved airflow. The design prioritizes smooth bends and minimal obstructions to optimize charged intake airflow, which directly impacts throttle response, turbo lag, and overall power potential. The charge pipe features a precisely CNC-machined throttle body flange that replicates the factory o-ring seal and c-clip lock mechanism, ensuring a secure and leak-free connection capable of holding significant boost, tested up to 25 PSI. This is a significant advantage over competitor kits that use less reliable silicone hose and clamp connections. Similarly, the MAP sensor flange is CNC-machined to ensure a proper seal with the factory o-ring, preventing boost leaks.
