The Weistec Engineering N62B36 ECU upgrade is designed to enhance the performance of naturally aspirated 3.6 liter V8 engines. This reflash of your original ECU offers significant power and torque improvements throughout the entire powerband. By utilizing the optional Cypher Handheld Tuner, you can seamlessly switch between your vehicle's stock tune and the enhanced Weistec tune, experiencing the full potential of your BMW. Key features of this ECU tune include improved throttle response, optimized fuel delivery, and refined ignition timing. The upgrade aims to provide a more engaging driving experience. The Weistec N62B36 ECU tune results in an increase of up to +17 HP and +14 TQ over stock figures, bringing the total to 285 HP and 280 TQ. This ECU tune is specifically designed for the BMW 735i and 735Li models equipped with the 3.6L V8 (N62B36) engine. Compatible model years include 2002-2005 for the 735Li (E66 chassis) and 2004-2005 for the 735i (E65 chassis). The product is explicitly stated as not being street legal in all U.S. states and is not legal for sale or use on pollution-controlled motor vehicles.
