N63 Dual Cone Air Intake

The ARM Motorsports N63 Intake is a dual cone air intake system designed for N63 and N63/TU 4.4L BMW engines, specifically for models such as the F10 550i, F07 550i, F06 650i, F01 750i, and F02 750Li, including xDrive variants and Alpina models. This intake replaces the restrictive factory air boxes with a dual cone design, aiming to improve airflow and increase power. The ARM N63 Intake is designed to provide improved throttle response and an enhanced turbo sound. Installation is straightforward, requiring no cutting or drilling, and it seamlessly integrates with OEM turbo inlets. The filters are positioned away from the heat of the turbos, taking advantage of fresh air from the front of the engine bay. An optional Front Facing Upgrade is available to relocate filters behind the grille for even cooler air intake, maximizing power potential. These filters feature multiple layers, including a high-flowing synthetic fiber layer, to protect the engine from contaminants. Dyno testing on a 2012 550i GT with a Stage 2 tune showed gains of 48 whp and 43 wtq after installing the ARM 3" Downpipes and N63 Intake, resulting in a total of 460 awhp and 525 awtq.
