N63 Dual Cone Cold Air Intake System

The ARM Motorsports N63 Intake is a performance-enhancing cold air intake system specifically designed for N63/TU 4.4L BMW engines. This upgrade replaces the restrictive factory airboxes with a dual cone design, significantly improving airflow to the engine. The primary goal is to boost performance by allowing the turbos to breathe more freely, leading to enhanced throttle response and a more aggressive, noticeable turbo sound. The filters are strategically positioned to draw in fresh air from the front of the engine bay, helping to keep them away from the heat generated by the turbos. For even cooler air intake temperatures, an optional Front Facing Upgrade is available, which relocates the filters behind the front grille to maximize power potential. The ARM Motorsports N63 Intake has been dyno proven to deliver significant power gains. In one test on a 2012 BMW 550i xDrive with a Stage 2 tune, installing the ARM 3" Downpipes and N63 Intake resulted in an increase of 48 wheel horsepower and 43 wheel torque, reaching a total of 460awhp and 525awtq.
