The ARM Motorsports N63R Charge Pipes are engineered to enhance performance in N63R, N63TU2, and N63TU3 BMW engines. These charge pipes facilitate the integration of methanol injection directly into the charged air path before the intercooler. The construction of the ARM N63R Charge Pipes utilizes robust 6061 aluminum, precision CNC machined for optimal fit and durability. Complementing the aluminum piping are 6-layer reinforced silicone couplers, engineered to withstand extreme conditions and handle boost pressures exceeding 40psi. This combination of premium materials ensures longevity and reliability, even under demanding high-performance driving scenarios. The integrated methanol ports are strategically positioned immediately after the turbocharger and before the silicone couplers. This optimal placement ensures efficient pre-intercooler methanol spraying, which directly contributes to cooler intake air temperatures (IATs) and increased horsepower output. Key features include methanol injection capability, increased airflow, and compatibility with OEM and OE-style turbos. The package includes two ARM N63R Charge Pipes, two ARM Silicone Couplers, and four clamps. These charge pipes are specifically designed for a range of BMW models including the G30 M550i, G11/G12 750i xDrive, G14/G15/G16 M850i, and G05/G06/G07 X5/X6/X7 M50i, all equipped with the N63R/TU2/TU3 4.4L engine.
