N63R Performance Air Intake

The ARM N63R Intake is engineered specifically for the N63R/TU2 version of BMW's N63 engine, featuring redesigned MAF housings to perfectly match the updated MAF sensors found in these later models. Unlike earlier N63 and N63TU engines, this intake provides a seamless fit and function for the R/TU2 variants. This intake system aims to optimize airflow for improved performance, offering enhanced turbo spool for quicker power delivery and a more pronounced turbo sound. Users have reported noticeable improvements in throttle response, making the engine feel less constrained. The filters are strategically placed away from turbo heat, drawing in cooler air from the front of the engine bay via OEM air ducts. An optional Front Facing Upgrade is available, which relocates the filters behind the front grille for maximum cold air induction, though this may require removing the factory active grille system. The kit includes two N63R MAF Housings, two N63R U-Hoses, two N63R Intake Piping sections, and two ARM Dry Air Filters.
