N99 MicroShield Cabin Air Filter

The Ryco RCA182M N99 MicroShield cabin air filter provides advanced in-vehicle air purification, targeting biological contaminants for passenger protection. Its medical-grade media technology effectively filters out viruses and bacteria from the cabin air. The MicroShield media features a three-layer construction: a pre-filter with an anti-viral agent, an activated carbon layer for odor absorption, and an electrostatically charged layer for optimal particle filtration. These layers work together to eliminate viruses and bacteria, preventing their growth within the filter, and also act as an odor barrier against exhaust gases and noxious smells. The filter is capable of trapping particles 0.3 microns or larger, significantly smaller than the approximate 90-micron width of a human hair.
