The TVS2650 ‘Hot Rod’ kit for LS3 based engine applications is designed for all GM engines with LS3 heads. It works with LS3 and LSA drive systems and is geared for high horsepower hot rod and race applications capable of up to 1,500HP. This kit includes an LS3 specific lower manifold, intercooler, and jackshaft drive system. It features a 2.65L displacement Roots-type supercharger with Eaton TVS(r) Technology, high helix, four-lobe rotors for maximum efficiency and is capable of 24,000rpm and a 2.4 pressure ratio. The patent-pending housing is designed for huge airflow at high engine speeds, and the quick change, cartridge style jackshaft system includes a high torque/low inertia carbon fiber driveshaft. It has a high flow charge air cooler with massive 1-inch (-16ORB) ports for maximum flow and cooling efficiency. The high flow inlet duct is designed for electronic throttles with GM LT5 bolt pattern and is compatible with Magnuson’s 109mm mechanical throttle body P/N 98-05-40-007 and 112mm Nick Williams throttle body. The system is set up for a port injection fuel system with hard anodized, extruded aluminum fuel rails (does not include injectors or fuel crossovers). It includes a press-on hub for a 2-piece pulley (not included) and an interchangeable rear cog belt system (standard 32 and 34 tooth cogs for up to 6% overdrive). It also features a fast response, vacuum bypass system for rapid cooldown.
