The Motobilt Jeep JL Crusher HD front bumper features built-in provisions for Baja Designs Squadron-R Light Pods and a round tubing bull bar. It is a 46.25 inch wide, sleek, tight-fitting design, proudly made in the USA. The bumper is 3D CAD designed to ensure the best possible fit to your Jeep JL and Jeep JT Gladiator. It allows you to secure your winch down low in between the frame rails, and the winch bolt pattern will accept multiple style winches up to a Warn Zeon. The front d-ring mounts are CNC cut from 3/4 inch thick steel plate and pass through the bumper, welding to the bumper mounting plates and the bumper body for added strength. The bull bar is made out of 1 3/4 inch DOM steel tubing, the same material used for roll cages and tube chassis, ensuring strength. The shorter design of the bull bar provides good looks and protects your winch. The Crusher HD bumper can be run with or without the optional skid plate. The ends of the bumper taper up for tire clearance, and each cut was intentional to keep it tight to the frame rail for a better approach angle. The main construction of the bumper is fabricated from 3/16 inch thick high strength steel plate.
