The stock replacement injectors from Full Force are completely disassembled with all tolerances checked. If any part of the injector falls out of spec then that part is replaced with new parts. Every injector receives new spring assemblies, plunger and barrel assembly, new stock nozzles, and various other new parts as needed. These are complete remanufactured with new tungsten coated plungers and barrels. They feature brand NEW nozzles and are fully flow tested to match in flow within 1%. They come with an outstanding 18-month warranty. This is a complete set of 8 injectors. Full Force Diesel does not charge any other fees to repair core injectors, unlike some other companies that charge for bad parts on top of the sale price and do not use new plungers and barrels. Coked cores (result of vegetable oil) will not be accepted. Shipping charges include a return label for cores if the customer has not selected to send in cores first. If customers select to send in cores first, it is their responsibility to ship cores to the facility. These injectors are suitable for build dates after 12/98 for AD injectors.
