The Eclipse AVN4430 is a versatile in-dash navigation receiver designed to integrate seamlessly into your vehicle's dashboard, offering a factory-fit appearance. It features a motorized tilting front panel and illumination options (red or green) to match your interior decor. The unit's core functionality is split between a permanently mounted head unit and a detachable TomTom portable navigation module, providing flexibility for use both in and out of the vehicle. Entertainment is a key focus, with the AVN4430 supporting a wide range of formats including DVD, DVD-R/RW, CD, CD-R/RW, MP3, and WMA files. It also offers direct audio and video integration with iPods, allowing for control directly from the receiver's 4.3-inch WQVGA touchscreen display. Additional audio features include a 3-band parametric EQ, a 24-bit digital-to-analog converter for detailed sound, and a low-pass filter.
