NEEDLE BEARING

The Koyo IR-1816 is a regular width inner ring from the Inch Series, designed to meet established inch tolerances. This steel component features a 1-1/8 inch inner diameter and a 1-3/8 inch outer diameter, with an overall width of 1.015 inches. It is intended for use with specific drawn cup needle roller bearings, including B-2216, BH-2216, JH-2216, M-22161, MH-22161, and MJH-22161.

This inner ring is an ideal choice when a shaft is not practical to use as the inner raceway. The maximum shaft fillet radius cannot exceed the inner ring bore chamfer. If a tight transition fit is required for the inner ring to remain stationary relative to the shaft, its outer diameter must not exceed the raceway diameter of the matching drawn cup bearing after mounting. If the OD exceeds the required diameter after mounting, it should be ground to the proper diameter while on the shaft.
