The Silvers NEOMAX Coilover Kit offers a significant upgrade for your Volkswagen Jetta A6 (2011-2018), balancing daily driving comfort with track-ready performance. Engineered with precision, this kit features a 55mm front strut diameter and a mono-tube shock design for increased oil capacity and optimal performance. The 44mm piston utilizes digressive valving for responsive low-speed damping, ensuring excellent road feel and control. This kit provides extensive adjustability to suit your driving needs. With 24 levels of damping adjustment and high-viscosity IP F.A. 5W damper oil, you'll experience noticeable changes in ride quality. The front camber plates are adjustable T6 6061 aluminum, allowing for precise alignment tuning. The upper spring perch incorporates a Koyo Japan Radial Bearing to eliminate spring bind and improve driver feedback. Height adjustability is managed through the lower bracket, preserving maximum suspension travel regardless of ride height setting. Construction highlights include cold-bent springs made from high-strength SAE9254 steel for stable elasticity, and durable JIS G3445-STKM13C carbon steel for the 52mm shock tubes. Lower brackets are powder-coated for durability and feature integrated tabs for factory brake lines and ABS wires. For multi-link suspension systems, anodized T6 6061 aluminum lower mounts are used to reduce unsprung weight. The kit comes with default spring rates of Front 9K and Rear 5K-S, with the option to inquire about custom spring rates. This coilover kit is backed by an 18-month limited manufacturer's warranty.
