The Silver's NEOMAX Coilover Kit is engineered to significantly enhance the handling and stance of your vehicle, specifically designed for the Honda Civic SI 2014-2016. This kit focuses on providing a performance-oriented ride with a wide range of adjustability to suit various driving conditions. Key components include adjustable T6 6061 front camber plates, crucial for McPherson-style suspensions to fine-tune alignment. The upper spring perch features Koyo Japan Radial Bearings, which are essential for eliminating spring bind and noise, thereby improving driver feedback. The coilover system boasts 24 distinct levels of dampening adjustment, allowing for precise tuning. This is complemented by a high-grade IP F.A. 5W damper oil, ensuring consistent performance and shock absorption. Construction highlights include a robust 52mm diameter mono-tube shock body made from JIS G3445-STKM13C carbon steel. The 44mm piston utilizes digressive valving characteristics, optimizing low-speed damping for improved responsiveness while maintaining ride comfort. Height adjustability is achieved via the lower bracket, ensuring maximum suspension travel is retained regardless of the ride height setting. The springs themselves are crafted from high-strength SAE9254 steel for stable elasticity. Installation is facilitated by powder-coated steel lower brackets that include provisions for factory brake lines and ABS wiring. For multi-link suspension systems, anodized T6 6061 aluminum lower mounts are utilized to reduce unsprung weight. The kit comes with default spring rates of 10k for the front and 6k for the rear, with options for custom spring rates available upon contact. A 18-month limited manufacturer's warranty is included.
