NEOMAX Coilover Kit

The Silvers Suspension NEOMAX Coilovers are engineered for the BMW 3 Series E46 6 Cylinder models produced between 1998 and 2006, specifically for vehicles with OEM rear suspension. These coilovers utilize a mono-tube shock design, which enhances shock oil capacity and displacement for superior performance compared to twin-tube designs. The shock bodies are constructed from high-strength JIS G3445-STKM13C (DIN2393-ST44-2) carbon steel with a 52mm diameter. The piston diameter is 44mm and features digressive style valving for optimal low-speed damping response and a comfortable ride. The damping is adjustable across 24 levels, utilizing high-viscosity IP F.A. 5W damper oil for consistent performance and control. Front camber plates, made from T6 6061 aluminum, are included on applicable McPherson style applications, while Koyo Japan Radial Bearings are used for the upper spring perch to eliminate bind and noise. The springs are cold-bent from SAE9254 steel for stable elastic modulus. Height adjustability is managed through the lower bracket, preserving maximum suspension travel by not requiring preload or spring perch adjustment. Lower brackets are powder-coated steel and feature mounting tabs for factory brake lines and ABS wires, while lower mounts for multi-link systems are anodized T6 6061 aluminum to reduce unsprung weight. These NEOMAX coilovers come with a 5-year limited manufacturer's warranty and have default spring rates of 12K for the front and 10K for the rear.
