NEOMAX Coilover Kit

The Silvers NEOMAX coilover kit is engineered for the Mazda RX7 (FC3S) model years 1987-1992, providing a significant upgrade in suspension performance. These coilovers utilize a mono-tube shock design, which increases shock oil capacity and displacement compared to twin-tube designs, ensuring optimal performance. The damping system offers 24 distinct levels of adjustability, allowing fine-tuning for various driving conditions. The digressive style valving characteristics provide enhanced low-speed damping response for superior control during dynamic maneuvers, while still maintaining a comfortable ride quality. Construction highlights include high-strength JIS G3445-STKM13C carbon steel for the 52mm diameter seamless shock tubes and cold-bent SAE9254 steel for the springs, ensuring durability and stable elastic modulus. For multi-link suspension systems, anodized T6 6061 aluminum lower mounts are employed to reduce unsprung weight. The kit includes adjustable T6 6061 front camber plates on applicable McPherson style applications and Koyo Japan Radial Bearing upper spring perches to eliminate spring bind and noise, improving driver feedback. Installation is streamlined with powder-coated steel lower brackets that include provisions for factory brake lines and ABS wiring tabs. The default spring rates are set at 8k for the front and 6k for the rear. Silvers backs this kit with a 5-year limited manufacturer’s warranty.
