The Silvers NEOMAX Coilover Kit is engineered to enhance the suspension performance of the Toyota Chaser models from 1996 to 2001. This kit is designed for McPherson style applications, incorporating adjustable T6 6061 front camber plates for precise alignment tuning. Featuring Koyo Japan Radial Bearing upper spring perches on applicable McPherson applications, this coilover system aims to eliminate spring bind and noise, contributing to improved driver feedback. The NEOMAX kit offers 24 levels of dampening adjustability, controlled via high-grade shock oil, allowing drivers to feel each adjustment directly. The construction includes a high-strength JIS G3445-STKM13C carbon steel 52mm diameter mono-tube shock body, which offers increased oil capacity and displacement for optimal performance. The internal components feature a 44mm piston with digressive valving for responsive low-speed damping, balancing performance with ride comfort. The damper oil used is IP F.A. 5W, selected for its efficiency and consistency in shock absorption. The springs are cold-bent from high-strength SAE9254 steel to maintain stable elasticity. Height adjustability is achieved through the lower bracket, preserving maximum suspension travel regardless of the ride height setting. Multi-link suspension systems benefit from anodized T6 6061 aluminum lower mounts, which help reduce unsprung weight. The system comes with default spring rates of 14K for the front and 8K for the rear, and is backed by an 18-month limited manufacturer's warranty.
