The Silver's NEOMAX Coilovers are engineered for performance driving enthusiasts seeking enhanced handling and adjustability for their 2006-2012 Ford Fusion FWD/AWD models. These coilovers feature a mono-tube shock design, offering increased oil capacity and displacement compared to twin-tube designs, ensuring optimal performance. The system utilizes high viscosity IP F.A. 5W damper oil for consistent shock absorption and damping control across a wide range of temperatures. Constructed with high-strength JIS G3445-STKM13C (DIN2393-ST44-2) carbon steel for the 52mm seamless shock tubes and SAE9254 steel for the cold-bent springs, these coilovers are built for durability. The front utilizes adjustable T6 6061 aluminum camber plates for fine-tuning alignment, while Koyo Japan Radial Bearing upper spring perches are standard on applicable McPherson applications to eliminate spring bind and noise, providing improved driver feedback. The 44mm piston features digressive valving characteristics for responsive low-speed damping and a comfortable ride. These coilovers offer 24 levels of damping adjustability, allowing drivers to fine-tune their suspension feel. Height adjustability is managed via the lower bracket, preserving maximum suspension travel regardless of ride height setting. For multi-link suspension systems, anodized T6 6061 aluminum lower mounts are used to reduce unsprung weight. Standard spring rates are 12k in the front and 6k in the rear.
