NEOMAX Mono-Tube Coilover Kit

The Silver's NEOMAX Coilovers are engineered for the 2003-2012 Toyota CROWN models (GRS180/182/200), providing a significant upgrade in handling and performance. These coilovers utilize a mono-tube shock design, which enhances shock oil capacity and performance compared to twin-tube designs. The internal components include a 44mm piston with digressive valving for improved low-speed damping response, contributing to both performance and ride comfort. Construction features include a high-strength JIS G3445-STKM13C carbon steel shock tube with a 52mm diameter. The springs are made from cold-bent SAE9254 steel for stable elastic modulus. For McPherson-style suspensions, adjustable T6 6061 front camber plates are included, alongside Koyo Japan Radial Bearing upper spring perches designed to prevent spring bind and reduce noise, ultimately improving driver feedback. The damping system offers 24 distinct adjustment levels, allowing for fine-tuning of the ride characteristics with high-viscosity IP F.A. 5W damper oil for consistent performance. Installation is facilitated by lower brackets that allow for height adjustment without altering spring perch or preload, maximizing suspension travel. For multi-link suspension systems, anodized T6 6061 aluminum lower mounts are used to reduce unsprung weight. The coilovers come with default spring rates of 14K for the front and 12K for the rear, and include a 5-year limited manufacturer’s warranty.
