The system utilizes a high-strength, 52mm diameter seamless shock tube constructed from JIS G3445-STKM13C carbon steel, paired with a 44mm piston featuring digressive valving for responsive low-speed damping. High viscosity IP F.A. 5W damper oil ensures consistent performance across a range of temperatures and conditions. The lower mounts are crafted from anodized T6 6061 aluminum for reduced unsprung weight, while the lower brackets are made of durable, powder-coated steel, designed to integrate seamlessly with factory brake line and ABS wire tabs for easier installation. The Neomax coilovers are backed by a 5-year limited warranty on hard parts (such as mounts, top hats, and camber plates) and a 2-year warranty on consumable parts.
