NEOMAX Monotube Coilover Kit

The Silver's NEOMAX Coilover Kit is engineered for the 2001-2006 Mitsubishi Evolution 7/8/9 models, offering a perfect balance for both street driving and track performance. These coilovers utilize a monotube shock design, which increases shock oil capacity and displacement compared to twin-tube designs, leading to maximum performance. Key features include adjustable T6 6061 front camber plates for McPherson-style suspensions and 24 levels of dampening adjustability. This wide range of adjustment, combined with high-grade shock oil, allows drivers to feel each distinct click and tune the suspension precisely to their preferences. The shock tubes are constructed from high-strength JIS G3445-STKM13C carbon steel with a 52mm diameter, housing a 44mm linear characteristic internal piston for optimal dampening response and a comfortable ride. High viscosity IP F.A. 5W damper oil ensures efficient shock absorption and control. Height adjustability is managed through the lower bracket, preserving maximum suspension travel by avoiding the need to adjust spring perches or preload. The springs are cold-bent from high-strength SAE9254 steel to maintain a stable elastic modulus. Lower brackets are powder-coated steel and include provisions for factory brake lines and ABS wires, simplifying installation. For multilink suspension systems, anodized T6 6061 aluminum lower mounts are used to reduce un-sprung weight. The kit comes with default spring rates of 10K for the front and 6K for the rear.
