The Precision Turbo Next Gen 6870 turbocharger is engineered to deliver 1200 horsepower for high-output street and race applications. At its core, this unit utilizes a Competition Engineered Aerodynamics (CEA) compressor wheel, precision-machined from 2618-aluminum closed-die forgings to provide superior strength and flow characteristics. This Next Gen model introduces an all-new SCP (S-Cast Ported) compressor cover with a 4-inch inlet and 2.5-inch outlet. Advanced machining techniques integrated into the housing design offer a 10% increase in flow over Gen 2 covers, resulting in greater efficiency across a wider range of pressure ratios. The turbine side is powered by a high-efficiency 70mm turbine wheel, and this specific configuration includes a T4 stainless steel V-band inlet/outlet housing with a 0.81 A/R ratio. Installation requires a custom turbo system setup, as this is a universal high-performance component. Please note that this turbocharger is not a vehicle-specific direct-fit part; it is intended for custom engine builds and race applications that can accommodate its physical size and flange requirements. It is recommended that this product be installed by professionals familiar with forced induction systems and high-horsepower tuning.
