The Precision Next Gen HP7275 turbocharger represents the latest in performance turbo technology, building upon the successful Gen 2 design. It incorporates a 72mm CEA (Competition Engineered Aerodynamics) compressor wheel, machined from a 2618-aluminum forging for enhanced strength and airflow optimization. This is mated to a 75mm high-flow turbine wheel, designed for high-temperature resistance. At its core, the Next Gen 7275 features an air/oil-cooled, opposed angular contact ceramic full complement ball bearing center section (CHRA). This advanced design ensures quick turbo response, exceptional durability, and high thrust capacity, crucial for demanding applications. The compressor cover has also been redesigned with flow enhancements and advanced machining, offering a 15% increase in airflow and greater efficiency at higher pressure ratios compared to previous generations. This turbocharger is specifically engineered for extreme performance, capable of supporting up to 1,380 flywheel horsepower. It is available with various turbine housing options, including T4 open, T4 divided, and V-band inlet/outlet configurations, with this specific model featuring a T4 divided inlet and a V-band discharge with a .84 A/R. The unit is built to order, reflecting its custom-performance nature.
