The Pulsar Next GEN PSR3584 Gen 2 XR6 Turbo is engineered as an upgrade for Ford Falcon XR6 Turbo models (FG and FGX, 2008-2016), designed to directly replace the factory GT3582R turbocharger. This turbocharger boasts significant enhancements over previous generations. It features a new aerodynamic 10-blade billet compressor wheel, designed for increased airflow, and a new aerodynamic 9-blade turbine wheel that offers lower inertia and improved flowability. Internally, it utilizes a genuine structure with a rebuildable dual ceramic ball bearing system for durability and performance. The compressor cover is enlarged to 0.72 A/R and includes an anti-surge 4″ inlet, while the billet actuator is finished with a black anodized coating. A 3-layer stainless steel 5-bolt gasket is included for a secure fit. Key specifications include a compressor wheel measuring 67.3*84.4mm (with an extended tip diameter of 87.3mm) and a turbine wheel of 68*62.3mm. The compressor inlet is 4″ Hose, with a 2.5″ Hose outlet. It features a T3 Open turbine inlet and a 5 Bolt turbine outlet, with a 33mm internal wastegate hole. Water ports are -6AN, the oil feed is -4AN to the oil restrictor, and it uses a standard T3 oil drain flange. The included actuator has a working pressure of 15psi. An additional 6.5PSI spring is available separately and is not pre-fitted.
