The NGK 96762 is an Iridium IX spark plug designed for performance enthusiasts. It features a fine wire center electrode for high durability and a stable spark, with an iridium alloy that has an extremely high melting point suitable for high-performance engines. The plug also includes trivalent metal plating for superior anti-corrosion and anti-seizing properties, corrugated ribs to prevent flashover, a pure alumina silicate ceramic insulator for strength and heat transfer, a copper core for heat removal, and triple seals to prevent leakage.
