The MAHLE 51462.030 Engine Piston Ring Set is a premium OE-quality replacement engineered to restore proper compression and minimize oil consumption. This set features .030 inch oversize sizing, making it ideal for engines bored or honed to 0.030 in. over the standard bore diameter.

The key features include OE form, fit, and function for a precise fit. The upper compression ring is constructed from cast iron or ductile cast iron with a positive twist for efficient break-in. The second compression ring is made of SAE 9254 high-alloy steel with a Napier-style design for superior combustion gas management and top ring stability. The oil control ring utilizes MAHLE's exclusive CP-20 design with a 20-degree ear angle for optimal side sealing and a chemically polished expander for enhanced oil drain-back.
