The Ferrea F1847P-8 Competition Plus intake valve is engineered for high-performance racing applications, especially those with extreme exhaust temperatures like turbo, nitrous, or supercharged setups. Crafted from aerospace-quality EV8-Z18 alloy, these valves offer high tensile strength and durability.

They undergo an exclusive two-step slow forging process to ensure proper grain flow and eliminate material damage. Each valve is heat-treated and stress-relieved over a 48-hour period, then finished with avionics-quality hard chrome.
