Overview

The IHC Suspension lowering kit is designed for 2019-Present GM1500 trucks. This kit provides a 4-inch drop in the front using custom control arms, while maintaining the stock springs, shocks, and spindles for OEM ride quality. The rear is lowered by 6 inches with a flip kit, which includes nitrogen-charged drop shocks and new U-bolts. A helper bag kit is also included to prevent bottoming out.

The IHC Suspension 4/6 lowering kit is engineered for 2019-Present GM1500 trucks, offering a comprehensive solution for achieving a lowered stance. The front end is lowered by 4 inches using custom control arms, which retain the factory springs, shocks, and spindles to preserve OEM ride quality. Unlike other kits, this system includes upper control arms for proper camber correction without the need for frame notching, additional bushings, or offset ball joints, ensuring correct alignment and preventing lower control arm movement. The rear of the truck is lowered by 6 inches via a flip kit that features built-in pinion angle correction, eliminating the need for pinion shims. Nitrogen-charged drop shocks and new U-bolts are provided for the rear, along with a helper bag kit to prevent bottoming out, with a recommended 10-15 psi maintained in the bags. This kit is proudly Made in the USA and comes with a lifetime warranty on all metal parts. However, this kit is not compatible with all GM1500 models. It will not fit long bed models or X31 models. Furthermore, it is incompatible with GM trucks equipped with Magnetic Ride Control or Adaptive Ride Control. This kit is exclusively for 2WD applications and will not fit any 4-wheel drive vehicles.
