The Nitrous Express Billet Crossbar nitrous plate systems are designed for excellent atomization and cylinder distribution, eliminating traditional round spray bars that can sag or disrupt airflow. Systems with a bottle include the billet aluminum Lightning 500 bottle valve, featuring integrated gauge ports, a 5/8 siphon tube, a large .500 orifice, and an improved flow path. The kit also contains a custom solenoid bracket, billet aluminum Y fittings, braided stainless solenoid to plate lines, nickel-plated fittings, a wide-open throttle switch, a master arming switch, a 40 Amp relay, and a relay harness. This plate system is designed to operate with stock fuel pumps and no timing retard up to 100 horsepower. For settings above 100 horsepower, an extra capacity aftermarket fuel pump (250LPH minimum), high octane race fuel, and/or timing retard may be required. Increased strength internal engine components and high-performance head gaskets may also be necessary.
