Nitrous Outlet 52mm LT1 Plate System

The Nitrous Outlet 52mm LT1 Plate System is a complete wet nitrous system, excluding the bottle, designed for performance upgrades on 1993-1997 5.7L Camaro models and 1993-1996 Corvette C4 models (excluding Grand Sport & ZR1). This system features a precision-machined, anodized billet aluminum plate with a 52mm opening, specifically engineered for LT1 intakes with a 52mm throttle body. It incorporates six specially designed nitrous and fuel discharge ports to ensure superior atomization and even distribution into the air intake charge, critical for consistent cylinder-to-cylinder delivery at higher horsepower levels. Out of the box, this system is equipped to deliver 200 HP but can be upgraded to 400 HP with additional jetting. The included solenoids are rated for 400+ HP, and the system supports both gasoline and E85 applications with appropriate jetting adjustments. All necessary hardware, electrical components, and jetting for 50-200 HP are included, making it a comprehensive kit. A wide open throttle (WOT) switch is integrated to ensure the system only activates at full throttle, acting as a safety feature to prevent engine damage. The installation is estimated to take approximately 4 hours and requires light to moderate mechanical skill. The kit includes the nitrous plate, solenoids, stainless steel braided lines, jets, wiring components, and mounting hardware.
