The Meyle Non-ASC Intake Boot is designed for BMW E36 325i/M3 models. This boot replaces the factory ASC throttle body, improving intake airflow. It is suitable for early, non-ASC equipped E36 325i/325is and 1995 M3 3.0 liter models without the ASC+T traction control system.

The Meyle Non-ASC Intake Boot is specifically designed to fit BMW E36 models, including the 325i, 325ic, 325is, and the 1995 M3 3.0 liter. This part allows for the removal of the factory ASC throttle body, which can improve intake airflow. It serves as a direct replacement for failed, cracked, or leaking intake boots on compatible vehicles. This boot was originally used on earlier, non-ASC equipped E36 models. If you have a later E36 model that came with the ASC+T traction control system and wish to remove it, this intake boot replaces both the stock ASC intake boot and the secondary throttle body. For 1996+ models, one of the two underside hose connections will need to be plugged or capped off. The ASC actuator must remain on the car as it is tied into the ABS system; it can be secured out of the way with zip ties, or a 10-ohm/1-watt resistor can be wired in to simulate its presence for the ABS system. It's important to note that this intake boot is not for cars equipped with ASC+T. While the ASC warning light may appear on the dash, the bulb can be removed if the system is non-functional. This part supersedes BMW Part Number 13541730126.
