TCI 4x Four-Speed Auto Transmissions enable the use of a 700R4 transmission with non-GM applications. This 700R4-based transmission features an SFI-spec adapter bellhousing for easy installation behind a Small Block Ford engine. The fully mechanical 4x Four-Speed Auto Transmission, non-electronic 700R4-based, includes an adapter flexplate, transmission cooler, dipstick, TV cable, and 3 gallons of Max-Shift Transmission Fluid. Designed for street rodders, it's rated to 550 HP. Application-specific kits do not require a transmission controller and use a Constant Pressure Valve Body to maintain line pressure, preventing common 700R4 failures. Its compact design fits most applications without tunnel modifications.
