Constructed from 304L "Aircraft" Grade stainless steel, this system is built to withstand harsh conditions and is a direct replacement for the original exhaust.

The Milltek Sport Non-Resonated Cat-Back Exhaust System is engineered for the Audi S4 B6 4.2 V8 Quattro models (Saloon, Sedan, Avant, and Cabriolet) from 2003 to 2005. This system is designed as a direct replacement for the original exhaust, aiming to enhance both the sound and aesthetics of your vehicle. The system features 2.25-inch (57.15mm) diameter piping and is finished with 100mm polished "Jet" style tailpipes. Milltek Sport emphasizes continuous evolution and research & development to deliver in-demand performance exhaust solutions. Products are manufactured in the UK and distributed globally, making Milltek Sport an accessible aftermarket brand. This particular system does not come with European or Swiss Homologation and is covered by a 2-year warranty.
