The AWE Tuning B8 Audi S4/S5 Non-Resonated Downpipes are crafted from 304 stainless steel with a natural finish, featuring larger-than-stock 2.5-inch tubing. It's noted that in limited cases, factory downpipes may cause minor rattling when paired with an AWE S4 3.0T exhaust system; this is eliminated with the addition of an AWE downpipe. AWE Tuning also offers a specialized tool to assist with the often arduous installation process of these downpipes due to the placement of factory bolts. This tool is available as an option during purchase. The components of this S4 exhaust system do not affect emissions devices and are legal for street use. Every TIG weld is hand-finished internally, and flange openings are precisely matched to their ports to ensure the smoothest possible flow. This product is compatible with the Audi S4 B8 (2009-2016) and S5 B8 (2009-2016) models equipped with the 3.0T engine. Specific fitments include various submodels, engine codes (CCBA, CGXC, CTUB), and transmission types (Automatic Dual Clutch AWD, Manual AWD) across the years 2009 through 2016 for the S4 and 2010 through 2017 for the S5.
