Nosta E6X M5/M6 Stage X Supercharger Kit

The Nosta Performance E6X Supercharger System is engineered for unparalleled performance, delivering significant increases in horsepower and torque. Crafted in the USA with precision, this kit transforms acceleration and the overall driving experience. The comprehensive kit includes a Vortech V-2 Ti Trim Supercharger, CNC-machined black hard-anodized supercharger bracket, supercharger belt, and Turbosmart blow-off valve. The intake and fuel system features a custom intake manifold, two carbon fiber intake systems, ten 750cc high-flow fuel injectors, ten spark plugs, and two 525 LPH high-performance fuel pumps. It also includes an 8-rib pulley and drive system with CNC-machined pulleys for the crank, idler, tensioner, and A/C, along with an 8-rib power steering pulley and a 3.33" supercharger pulley (custom size available upon request). The cooling and oil system comprises a custom water reservoir, high-performance water pump, water pump bracket, all necessary water lines and fittings, a front-mount air-to-water heat exchanger, a custom catch can, and a custom power steering reservoir. Electronics and tuning are handled by a custom ECU calibration (tune included) and an Ionic Current Controller bracket. The kit comes with a complete hardware kit for installation, with an estimated installation time of 12-14 hours. This system is compatible with BMW E60/E61 M5 and E63/E64 M6 models from 2005-2010.
