NOVI 1500 Supercharger System for 440 RB

The Paxton NOVI 1500 Supercharger System is engineered as a universal kit for vehicles equipped with carbureted Big Block Dodge 440 RB engines. This tuner kit, finished in satin, features the NOVI 1500 supercharger and is designed to produce approximately 5-6 psi of boost at 6000 RPM when used with a lightly modified 440 cubic inch engine. Significant horsepower gains, ranging from 30% to over 75%, can be expected, contingent upon boost levels, engine volumetric efficiency, and other existing modifications. Included components for this tuner kit consist of the NOVI 1500 supercharger with a 10-rib 3.47" diameter pulley, twin billet aluminum mounting plates, an integrated manual belt tensioner, OEM alternator mounting provisions, a 7" diameter billet aluminum supercharger crank pulley with hard anodize finish, a 10-rib drive belt and spacer, supercharger oil feed and drain assemblies, 4" and 3.5" aluminum ducting with silicone sleeves and clamps, and a cone-type high-flow filter. This tuner system specifically excludes the discharge components and carburetor hat/bonnet found in complete systems. Installation of this system requires the installer to supply a high-volume fuel pump and a properly jetted 4150-style carburetor with mechanical secondaries. Modifications to the vehicle's throttle cable/arm may be necessary. Depending on the intake manifold and carburetor enclosure, hood modifications or a replacement hood might be required. The estimated installation time is between 4 to 10 hours. Accessory V-belts will vary based on application and accessory configuration.
