NP126 Transfer Case

The Zumbrota Drivetrain RTC126G-1 is a remanufactured NP126 electric shift transfer case designed for 2002-2009 GM Trailblazer and Bravada vehicles. This unit is built to rigorous specifications, ensuring a quality rebuild for dependable operation. Zumbrota's remanufacturing process includes a proprietary cleaning method, thorough inspection of cases and internal components for wear, and replacement of all bearings, seals, and viscous couplers. This specific NP126 transfer case features a 27-spline input shaft, a slip yoke style rear output shaft, and an external spline front output. It is an electric shift model, designated with option code NP4. Please note that the shift motor is not included with this unit. Zumbrota transfer cases are shipped in high-density plastic totes to prevent transit damage. Cases and internal parts are meticulously inspected for issues like cracks, stripped threads, shaft straightness, gear wear, and chain stretch. Following inspection, parts undergo a Hydro-blast rinse and blasting procedure, followed by a deep cleaning process. All critical wear components, including bearings, seals, and viscous couplers, are replaced. Finally, each completed unit is spun tested to verify shiftability and noise levels.
