This Advance Adapters, Inc. 716038 transfer case adapter is designed for specific transmission to transfer case swaps in GM vehicles. It facilitates the connection between a GM TH350 automatic transmission and a 1971-1979 NP205 transfer case with a 27-spline male input and figure-8 bolt pattern. It is intended for use in Full-Size GM Blazers and GMC Trucks from that era.
