Description

The Zumbrota Drivetrain RTC231D-8 is a remanufactured NP231 transfer case engineered for 1998-1999 Chrysler Dakota applications. This unit features specific technical details such as a 27-spline rear output shaft with a slip yoke style, a bolt-on front output yoke, and an input shaft with an exposed length of 0.84 inches. It is designed without a speedometer hole and includes a shift indicator switch positioned above the shift shaft. The case also incorporates a fixed front yoke. Zumbrota transfer cases are remanufactured with a strong emphasis on quality. Each unit is put through a rigorous inspection and quality control process.
