NP241 Rock-Trac Transfer Case 4:1 Low Range

The Zumbrota Drivetrain RTC241J-8 is a remanufactured NP241 transfer case, rebuilt to meet or exceed OEM specifications. This unit is specifically designed for 2012-2018 Jeep JK models equipped with an automatic transmission. It features the desirable Rock-Trac option and a 4:1 low range ratio, enhancing off-road capability and control. During the remanufacturing process, Zumbrota Drivetrain's expert craftsmen thoroughly inspect all internal and external components for signs of wear, including cracks, stripped threads, shaft straightness, gear wear, and chain stretch. The case and parts undergo an exclusive Hydro-blast rinse and blasting procedure, followed by a proprietary deep cleaning. Every unit is rebuilt with 100% replacement of all bearings, seals, and viscous couplers (when applicable). The finished transfer cases are rigorously spun tested for proper shiftability and noise reduction. This NP241 transfer case offers a 23-spline input shaft with an exposed length of 0.84 inches. It includes a bolt-on rear output yoke and is manufactured without a speed sensor hole. Units are shipped in high-density plastic totes to ensure protection during transit.
