NP241 Transfer Case

The Zumbrota Drivetrain RTC241J-3 is a remanufactured NP241 transfer case meticulously rebuilt to exacting standards. This unit is specifically designed for 2007-2018 Jeep JK models equipped with a manual transmission. It features a 2.72:1 low-range ratio, providing enhanced torque and control for off-road driving, and is configured without the Rock-Trac option. During the remanufacturing process, Zumbrota Drivetrain's expert craftsmen thoroughly inspect all cases and internal components for signs of wear, including cracks, stripped threads, shaft straightness, gear wear, and chain stretch. The units undergo a rigorous cleaning process using hydro-blasting and rinsing to restore them to an OEM finish. Every transfer case is rebuilt with a 100% replacement of all bearings, seals, and viscous couplers. Finished units are then thoroughly spun-tested to ensure proper shiftability and to check for any noise. This transfer case has a 23-spline input shaft with an exposed length of 0.84 inches and features cup-style front and rear output yokes. It does not have a speed sensor. The unit is shipped in a high-density plastic tote to prevent damage during transit. This remanufactured transfer case is compatible with 2007-2018 Jeep JK models that have a manual transmission and do not have the Rock-Trac option. It comes with a 2-year limited warranty.
