Description

The Zumbrota Drivetrain RTC244D-1 is a remanufactured NP244 transfer case, specifically engineered for 2001-2004 Chrysler Dakota and Durango 4WD models. This electric-shift unit is built to exacting quality standards, undergoing inspection throughout the remanufacturing process. Each case is restored to an OEM finish using a state-of-the-art hydro blasting and rinsing process. Critical wear components, including seals, bearings, and viscous couplers (when applicable), are replaced 100%. The transfer case features a round shift shaft with two flat spots, a 23-spline input shaft with a 0.84-inch exposed length, and a 32-spline rear output shaft. It has a cup-style front output yoke and does not include a speedo hole. The shift motor is not included with this unit. Units are shipped protected in high-density plastic totes to ensure they arrive free from in-transit damage. Zumbrota Drivetrain emphasizes quality inspection at every stage of remanufacturing to uphold their high standards.
