Description

The Zumbrota Drivetrain NP246 transfer case is a remanufactured unit designed for 2003-2007 General Motors vehicles equipped with 4L60 and 4L70E transmissions. This transfer case features an electric shift with a splined shift shaft and comes complete with the shift motor. Each Zumbrota transfer case is rebuilt to strict specifications, undergoing a proprietary cleaning process and component replacement. Internal and external parts are inspected for wear, and all units are fully rebuilt with new bearings, seals, and viscous couplers. The finished product is spin-tested for shiftability and noise to ensure quality and reliability. Key specifications include a 32-spline input and a 32-spline rear output, with the Autotrack option code NP8. The unit is shipped in a high-density plastic tote to prevent in-transit damage.
