This transfer case is thoroughly inspected, cleaned, and rebuilt with new bearings, seals, and viscous couplers. It features a 23-spline input shaft with a 2.5-inch exposed length, a bolt-on U-joint style front output yoke, and a 27-spline rear output slip yoke.

The Zumbrota Drivetrain NP247 Transfer Case is a remanufactured unit engineered to restore dependable performance for your Jeep Grand Cherokee. Designed specifically for 2001-2004 models equipped with the 4.7L engine and Quadra-Trac II system, this transfer case ensures you can tackle any terrain with confidence. Each unit undergoes a rigorous remanufacturing process. Zumbrota Drivetrain's expert craftsmen meticulously inspect all cases and internal components for wear, including cracks, stripped threads, shaft straightness, gear wear, and chain stretch. A proprietary Hydro-blast rinse and blasting procedure, followed by a deep cleaning process, restores components to an OEM finish. Crucially, all units are rebuilt with 100% replacement of bearings, seals, and viscous couplers (where applicable). This transfer case features a 23-spline input shaft with a 2.5-inch exposed length. The front output yoke is a bolt-on U-joint style, and the rear output shaft is a slip yoke style with 27 splines. After reassembly, each unit is thoroughly spun-tested for proper shift-ability and noise levels, ensuring quality before it's shipped in high-density plastic totes to prevent transit damage. Zumbrota Drivetrain backs this transfer case with a 2-year limited warranty.
