NP273 Electric Shift Transfer Case

The Zumbrota Drivetrain NP273 transfer case is a remanufactured, upgraded heavy-duty replacement for 2007-2011 Dodge Ram 2500 and 3500 models equipped with automatic transmissions, excluding the 6.7L diesel engine. This unit is rebuilt to high standards, with expert craftsmen meticulously inspecting cases and internal components for wear such as cracks, stripped threads, shaft straightness, gear wear, and chain stretch. The rebuilding process includes an exclusive Hydro-blast rinse and blasting procedure, followed by a proprietary deep cleaning. All units are fully rebuilt with replacement of all bearings and seals. To enhance durability, it incorporates strengthened front and rear new case halves with extra webbing to prevent cracking, and proprietary chain guides are added to prevent chain deflection. The internal components are 100% replaced, including seals, bearings, and common wear parts. This electric shift NP273 transfer case features a star-shaped shift shaft with 23 splines and a 0.84-inch exposed length on the input shaft. It has a 34-spline bolt-on rear output yoke and is identified by Tag Number: 52123023AA and Hollander Number: 412-624. The shift motor is not included with this unit. All finished units undergo thorough spun testing for shift-ability and noise to ensure optimal performance. To prevent damage during transit, transfer cases are shipped in high-density plastic totes. The unit comes with a 1-year limited warranty.
