NP273 Transfer Case

The Zumbrota Drivetrain NTC273D-4M is a remanufactured NP273 transfer case built to exacting standards for 2006-2012 Ram 2500 and 3500 trucks and SUVs. This transfer case features a 29-spline input shaft with a 1.55-inch exposed length and a 34-spline rear output in a slip yoke style. It is an electric shift unit, with a star-shaped shift shaft, but the shift motor itself is not included. This particular model does not have a speedometer hole, and it is associated with tag numbers 52123025AA, 52123025AB, and 52123025AD, as well as Hollander number 412-616 and other number UMT313-18. Zumbrota Drivetrain ensures quality by thoroughly inspecting cases and internal components for wear, including cracks, stripped threads, shaft straightness, gear wear, and chain stretch. They utilize a rigorous cleaning process, including Hydro-blast rinsing and proprietary shot-enticed deep cleaning. Each remanufactured unit includes the replacement of all bearings, seals, and viscous couplers. To guarantee performance, all finished units are spun tested for shift-ability and noise. Units are shipped in high-density plastic totes to prevent in-transit damage.
