The Zumbrota Drivetrain NSG370 is a remanufactured 6-speed manual transmission specifically built for the 2009-2010 Jeep Wrangler equipped with the 3.8L engine and a 2WD drivetrain. This transmission is meticulously remanufactured with a focus on quality. Zumbrota Drivetrain conducts three distinct quality inspections throughout the process. A thorough pre-inspection ensures the unit is free from case cracks and excessive wear, identifying potential OEM-related problems. During the remanufacturing, a second inspection verifies that all component parts meet or exceed OEM specifications. Finally, a post-build inspection confirms the transmission is built to Zumbrota's strict standards. Internal components receive comprehensive attention, with 100% inspection of parts including gear wear checks, mainshaft straightness testing, and synchronizer performance. To ensure reliability and performance, all Zumbrota NSG370 transmissions are dyno-tested and subjected to numerous real-life operational scenarios before shipment. It features Getrag-built front and rear cases with an integral bell housing, and has a Hollander Number of 400-01094A.
