The NonStopTuning Scion tC 2AZFE Pulley Kit is engineered for enthusiasts aiming to decrease engine rotational mass and sharpen throttle response. These pulleys are manufactured to OEM diameter specifications, preventing any underdriving of essential accessories like the water pump or alternator, thus maintaining their intended functionality while improving overall engine performance. Constructed from 6061-T6 aircraft-quality aluminum, each pulley in the NST kit is CNC machined for precise fitment and balance, then hard anodized for superior durability. The kit significantly reduces weight, with the Crank Pulley weighing approximately 15 ounces, the Water Pump Pulley around 7 ounces, and the Alternator Pulley just 3 ounces—representing a 70% to 75% weight reduction compared to OEM components. NST pulleys offer advantages over competitors, including being stronger and corrosion-resistant compared to cast iron OEM pulleys, and featuring oil sleeves on crank pulleys where necessary and proper timing marks for easier installation and operation. While compatible with the OEM belt, it is recommended to replace the belt for high-mileage vehicles. The kit is designed for the 2005-2010 Scion tC models with the 2AZFE engine.
