The Nitto NT01 is a D.O.T.-compliant competition road course tire engineered for dedicated weekend road racers and track-day enthusiasts. It provides an exceptional driving experience by balancing traction, consistency, and heat cycle performance for fast and reliable lap times. The tire features a specialized compound and a high modulus rayon carcass with reinforced sidewalls for confident handling and stability during acceleration, braking, and cornering. This tire offers exceptional dry performance, molded with large continuous tread blocks and sweeping lateral grooves. It can be shaved down to 3/32nds of an inch for slick performance, adding versatility for competition. The construction is optimized for stability and consistency, with large shoulder blocks maximizing road contact during demanding maneuvers.
